The Russian billionaire, who is known for his extravagant ways, has bought all nine flats of a prime London block by Harvey Nichols and Harrods. His new eight-bedroom building is spread across two stucco-fronted properties and has three stories underground. The palatial property features a swimming pool, staff apartments and 30,000 square feet of space. The house is over five stories above ground and three basement levels.
The lavish amenities include a cinema/entertainment room, an indoor pool, steam room and sauna, and a children’s study and entertainment room. The six family bedrooms and two guest suites will be equipped with en suite bathrooms.
