Southern Spain’s most celebrated chef is presenting his famous 2 Michelin Star cuisine at Raffles Beijing Hotel from 23 -26 August 2011.

Chef Dani Garcia of Marbella restaurant Calima is guest chef at the luxury hotel’s acclaimed French restaurant Jaan for the promotion organized by Tourism Spain and Raffles Beijing Hotel. The culinary spectacle opens on 23 August 2011 with a Gala Dinner priced at RMB 888 including a glass of Champagne.
